4. Meta lead forms and advertising

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. If you fill in a contact form inside one of our ads, Meta passes the details you entered (for example name, work email and company) to us, and we use them only to reply to your inquiry about private dining or Business Table.

Meta processes your data for its own purposes as well, under its own privacy policy. We do not control that processing. Please read Meta’s Privacy Policy for details, and use your ad preferences in Facebook or Instagram to control how ads are shown to you.

We may also show our ads to people based on interests or location. We do not receive your personal data from this, only aggregated results such as reach and number of inquiries.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Our website uses only a small number of cookies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working. Some content comes from other companies, such as the Google Maps map and the Zenchef booking widget, and these companies may place their own cookies when you use that content. Their privacy policies apply to that data.

We do not currently use the Meta Pixel or other advertising trackers on our website. If we start using analytics or marketing cookies, we will first ask for your consent through a cookie banner and update this policy.

You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings.

9. Security and transfers outside the EU

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access, such as password-protected systems and limiting access to the staff who need it.

Some providers, such as Meta, may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer relies on safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
